Life360 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the life360 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using the life360 platform on any device or web browser, you agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is legally binding and takes effect from the moment you first use the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the life360 platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those revised terms.
This platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. life360 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify this status.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on life360. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. life360 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact our support team immediately.
Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. False, inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. life360 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including requesting valid proof of identity documents.
Prohibited Platform Use
Users are prohibited from using the life360 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems or games. Any attempt to breach system security, use automated software or bots, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the life360 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including online bank transfers through FPX and recognised local eWallets. life360 does not accept deposits in foreign currency directly.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Users are advised to check the current limits on their account page before making any transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected. life360 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained fraudulently, or the use of unauthorised payment methods, may result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Life360 provides a platform as an entertainment service. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. life360 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from technical errors, or be available at all times.
Under no circumstances shall life360's total liability to a user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim. life360 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses.
Account Suspension and Closure
Life360 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of: breach of these terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, failure to verify identity, use of multiple accounts, or for reasons determined by management to protect the integrity of the platform. Account closure decisions are final unless an appeal is submitted through official support channels.
Any valid remaining funds in an account closed without a breach of terms will be returned to the user once the review process is complete. For accounts closed due to a breach, funds may be withheld while the investigation is ongoing.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments
All content on the life360 platform, including but not limited to interface design, graphics, logos, text, software code and domain names, is the exclusive property of life360 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or exploit any such content without prior written consent from life360.
The life360 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or reference purposes. life360 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from their use. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments and Governing Law
Life360 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
